Last summer, I retained ***** to install siding on chimney due to issues with the existing brick and to replace the roof. Siding install was sucontracted to Prosiders but all arrangements made by ***** and payment made to *****. During a wind storm in December (just a few months after the work was completed), a section of siding blew off the chimney, scratching the new sky light. Called ***** on Dec 28, left message. Dec 30 called Prosiders, and Paul said it was going to be to hard to fix but he would come in a few days. He never showed. Jan 6 ***** called back, I told him about the siding, the scratched skylight and an additional issue of water leaking between the gutter and the new shingles, He said he would repair on Jan 10. The weather was bad that day so he said he would send someone when weather was better. No one ever came. Texted ***** on Mar 15, Mar 28, Apr 20, May 12. No response at all. Tried calling several more times but "mailbox is full", now phone not accepting incoming calls. ***** is totally unresponsive and i have tried every possible way to resolve this. Please help.
