  I have a business Integrity auto and Truck Sales one of our financed cars was in a accident so i called *****s Towing to get the car out 3 days after the accident and was told she would call me back with a price. 2 days go by and i call again and was told that the boss is out on a huge wreck and he would call me back NO RETURN CALL and now it Friday a week later so i called them again Mon the 1st and was told by a lady i will get your price when i can im driving. So i called you guys to file a complaint and the about a hour later the owner ***** called me to apologize and said he would make it right. Well 7 hours later last night he call with a bill of 740 something and he will knock off a few days storage for the hassle and that is complete garbage. Im sorry but these guys rip people off by the storage bill and add on from the wreck site and never call back.

  We only charged him  $300 witch is far below what his services were worth, and we were only contacted a couple weeks after his vehicle was crashed.

  I am rejecting this response because: This is a huge surprise to me he told me per many phone calls about the first call we made was the following Monday which was the 3rd day after the crash and then he apologized for the delay in repsonses to get the car out and he told me it was his wife that had a bad attitude and more apologies came with a call a few days later with a huge bill. To me the business is taking advantage of people and he knew they were wrong. So with that said his   response it not accurate nor true and he had already told me it was his wifes fault and then he offered a lower price . Its the society with live in try to screw everyone you can. How many more people have been over charged by this Tow business???
