- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to departure (unless otherwise noted in the tours' description). If cancellations are made after the 30 day deadline, a fee of $25 per person/per tour will apply plus any non-refundable expenses made by us on your behalf. Cancellations within 48 hours or NO SHOWS on the day of departure will result in a loss of the total purchase price of the tour. There is no refund for any unused portion of a tour. Cancellations due to medical/hospital reasons require written notification from the doctor or hospital. This must be received in our office within 5 business days from the cancellation date. Trip insurance is available. Please check with your credit card company to determine if they may provide trip cancellation benefits as well.
