    "I applied online for my mother and told the sales man (REMOVED) what she had for a down payment and what she could afford he guaranteed her approval with multiple options but as soon as we got there he upped her down payment and only one option which was a piece of junk, also told us we had a warranty if we purchased which was a 2 years or REMOVEDmiles warranty but with this warranty with any pre existing issues it didnt cover meanwhile they tried selling my mother a car that had REMOVEDmiles 5 front end damages (due to car accidents) no air conditioner bad struts bad wheel bearing and whatever else we didnt catch!"
