Hi. My name is *** ****** ********** I went to Plato's to sell a plastic big of trash full of brand new clothes they said ***** the clothes there for days and they will call back. After 3 days they don't call back yet so I decided to go there personally to collect my selling price and the clothes that they wont sell but complaint is that they only offer me $6 for all my clothes of trash bag and they said that the rest are being donated somewhere because they said we don't answer the phone when i show my receipt to verify my phone number the phone is have different area code but when we signed up with their system it was correct because they give us a text message before we ***ve all the clothes to them for them able to process the selling and text ask back to come back to the store to pick up the sell. Unfortunately they said that we are the one who give the wrong number but I have a proof that they send me a link to registered that that we ***ve all the clothes they so much explanation that they said that they don't have fault on their side but instead insisting that we are the one who gave the wrong number. The manager name is Sophie shift **** ***** owner ******* .As a you know I don't accept the $6 dollars they offer because for me its a big no no against your customer service. I hope you will give a kindly consideration for this matter because I don't go to Plato's to cause me anxiety and distress I come to them as a customer and not to end up for them to cheat me. I was very dis appointed and the money I will get there will be donated to the Philippines to help other people Sincerely hoping for attending to this matter. *** ****** **********.
