  This is a follow up on the review I submitted back in oct, 2023 on the work that excalibur roofing did on my pole barn. After leaking,screws falling out,metal flapping in the wind and just the poor quality of work I decided to have the roof redone again after less than 1 year by another company and am completely satisfied. So again a reminder "do not ever" choose excalibur roofing to do any type of work on your home9

  I do not recall this customer however if the work was claimed to be faulty and I had a chance to redo job I would have done so. Thank you

  I would give zero stars if I could. He was contracted to do a metal roof for us at our lake home. He asked for a $10,000 down payment to get started (he wanted 2 $5000.00 checks instead of one big one). He said he going to have an ********** come in the next couple of days and they would stay at our place. No problem, sounds great! That crew fell through, to make a long story short, he kept telling us 6 different crews were going to show up. Why everyone kept cancelling on him, I don't know, but I suspect because he doesn't pay his bills. Finally out of frustration, we asked for our $10,000.00 back since no crew was secured nor any material was bought and several weeks have passed and it was obvious this guy wasn't right for the job. He told us he didn't have our money anymore and I asked him where my money was and he wouldn't answer us. I told him we are going to *** him for our money back and he did not seem to care. I looked him up, ******************************* and I now know why he is not scared. He has several judgements and liens against him already. He is nothing short of a thief and robbing ***** to pay ****. You may look him up on Ottawa County Court of common places, as it is public record. He is also not able to work in ******* anymore as a case is against him there also. Keep in mind all these cases against him are just in Ottawa County, I am sure there are other counties. BEWARE AND NEVER HIRE HIM! My name is *************************.

  I was contracted by the Bradberrys to metal roof and construct a add on, I wrote our agreement receiving $10,000 down payment and explained it would be apx. 4 weeks till ********** was to be available, ********* wanted to get work done before snows came, I brought in another crew Mr. ********* asked for another quote. I completed estimate took measurements ordered material and then asked to return deposit. the case went to court and I have not heard a result,

  Had metal roof replaced 2 months ago on a 28x36 pole barn I am submitting this complaint now because I had to wait for a roof inspector and talked to a lawyer to make sure I was doing this correctly. Here are some of the issues the inspector found. 1. Overlaps are loose on upper panels and not the same lengths as the ones they overlap. 2. Screws missed 2x4s completely/ you can see inside of barn where theyre coming through metal. 3. Loose screws you pull out by hand. 4. Screw pattern not straight line/ wavy. 5. Back of pole barn 7 rows of screws. Front of pole barn 3 rows of screws. 6. Scratches everywhere on brand new metal panels. 7. Ridge cap crooked not on center of peak. 8. No seal under ridge cap which will let snow and rain blow in / you can see light come in when you stand inside. 9. No closure in rake edge trim which will allow bee wasps birds. We pointed out issues with the owner and his response was its a good quality roof / we had reached the point we just wanted him off our property. Had pictures taken with drone just to make sure everything inspector pointed out was true.
