      Terrible experience with Perfect Power Wash out of ******, ******** . We were quoted a price to clean the entire roof and another price for half the roof. We paid for the entire roof and they did only half the job. I spoke with ***** at customer service and he would not stand by the agreement. He refused to send someone out to complete the job and said that if he refunded us the cost of the half roof that was not cleaned, there would be no warranty on work they did do. So much for the 100% customer satisfaction that is touted on their website. This company has salespeople that mislead their customers (ie fraud), has terrible customer service, and does not stand by their work.

      This company is trying to scam me out of a membership cancellation fee of $68.75. I did use their service in 2023 and 2024 and paid the full invoice at the time. This year, 2025, they wanted to again come to my home and provide a service which I did NOT initiate. I didn't need any work done. The service *** indicated that I had a membership, unknown to me, and needed to schedule a service. He indicated that the cancellation date of 16 March past and I was subject to a cancellation fee if I didn't use their service. I never received a paper copy of the paid invoices as I had a record of payment on my credit card statement. I was never informed of this "membership" either by the service technician or the company until I rejected service this year. Be aware of this.

      Perfect Power Wash does a poor job. Each time I've hired this company they had to come back to **** the work. I will never recommend nor hire this company again.. ***** is in customer service. He was very rude. I told him I was dealing with death in my family. He didn't care . ***** stated he wasn't going to schedule the return dated until I give him the expiration date and 3-digit code for my credit card. I told him I would give him that information after he schedule the return date. I held back that information to make sure they were coming back. ***** kept stating he could not give me a date when someone will return He finally scheduled it between 8:00am- 12:00. I asked him why he didn't just schedule the return instead of harassing me. He only schedule the return because I stated I wouldn't give him the additional card information until he schedule the return date.

      I had PPW do my driveway for the 2nd year in a row now. They did exactly what they said they would do. They showed up, was very accommodating and just a nice guy. The driveway looks great after being cleaned and sealed. Would recommend them to anyone

      Tre did an excellent job on the concrete around our pool. He was friendly and professional and we were so pleased with Perfect Power Wash. Year after year we can count on them to do the job right! Thank you PPW!

      ****** S. Did a nice job with power washing my home. He discovered that on my back deck , alga was present on a portion of deck; he recommended a special cleaning to prevent further growth. Great job on cleaning and resealing driveway.
