            **** had made us a verbal number he said he could hold to in the middle of the the pandemic said he just needed a small amount down to pull permits and would send a detailed contract. Contract was one page and left more questions than answers. Later asked for more money, however still didn’t pull the permit and the price jumped 1.5 times the original cost. When first asked if the price is closer to the original since lumber prices dropped says he will check and get back to us, but never does. With that being said I am expecting to start in 6 weeks with foundation work and want to start getting materials paid early next week.
