I stayed at the motel on 4/17/22 I gotten the room around 11:46am.. I gotten to the room and it smelled like dog poop inside and outside the room.. I went to find the lady who sold me the room ****** (***).. I saw her not far from the room and let her know it smelled like dog poop inside and outside the room.. She immediately gotten a attitude with me and shouted at me do I want a refund before I can explain anything fully. So i m frozen at this point because she shouting and getting attitude for no reason. Never gave her a attitude period barely spoken to her except for buying room.. After letting her know about the smell she grabbed some spray and walked over to my room and sprayed air freshener. I immediately asked her do she smell the dog poop she said no. I didn't understand because her lower face was covered in a scarf she never pulled it down or anything.. She left the room I left the door open for awhile.. She watch me sit there for a while with the door open. I check out the next morning, had to be at work I walked to the bus stop and had the dog smell all over my work clothing and bags.. I gotten to work and still had the stint on me.. They have a hygiene policy and they sent me home I only had a half of day.. I'm very upset.. I called the business about this, I spoke to *** several times which lied who she was several times, she finally came out after explained several times.. immediately said they didn't care and hung up on me several times.. I spoken to the Management. Today April 22,2022 after was told to call on Friday. He immediately gotten upset and said he didn't care.. And I could not get a refund..
