Good solid builder, but has horrible communication skills. We made the mistake of”in good faith” of pre final draw things that needed addressed done. Final draw was done, and many things NOT completed. He won’t return calls, texts, or emails after multiple attempts. According to contact, we have a 1 year warranty.
It’s tough to get anything fixed if he won’t return calls with issues.
BEWARE! Older gentleman who might not remember meetings dates and deadlines.
    I’d look for another builder.
He is currently trying to build an allotment in N Canton Ohio..
All we want is for his trades to fix issues that they created, and issues with our gutter system that he had installed that will cause foundation issues due to his serious lack of knowledge with metal roofing and runoff.

There are always two sides to every story. I do not make a habit of discussing issues on a public forum and I would never resort to personal insults.
Communication with these three (3) buyers has been a little confusing. I was told on different occasions to direct all contact to one party only to receive emails and text messages from one of the other parties. I was also told on a couple occasions to disregard inquiries from one of the parties as they were not really involved. So yes, complicated. This was a new home construction project being built on buyers' acreage where they were responsible for site utilities, also very complicated. I did everything within my power to assist in this process. Now his assessment of me is that I am “older and can’t remember dates and deadlines”.
The Residential Building Agreement along with the Limited Warranty for this project were signed, in July 2024. The Limited Warranty is based on the National Association of Home Builder’s Residential Construction Performance Guidelines. This Warranty goes into effect “At Completion of the home or Occupancy” and the term is one year. We follow the terms of our Agreement and the Limited Warranty.
In addition to building this home based on plans that were developed for them and specifications that were written based on the buyers' requests, there were 12 change orders executed for changes, alterations, additions, and deletions made by the buyers during the construction process. The final inspection was completed by Stark County Building Department on February 13, 2025.
There are some warranty items that remain open, there are also items on their “to do list” that were never included in our Residential Building Agreement.
So, as I said there are always two sides to every story.
