I wish I had done my research before hiring this company. They were referred to me by ****** insurance. After 4 and a half months all they did was demo. I paid them $19,000 up front and they would spend a couple hours doing more demo and disappear for weeks at a time. Could never give me a heads up when they would be there. They had 24/7 access to my home which is a mistake I will never make again. I finally fired them. I did receive a refund of $12,000, but that doesn't make up for the pain suffering and inconvenience they caused me since Dec. 15.

Per our records, Orion was initially hired after a water damage to your home. Due to several other circumstances beyond our control that occurred within the four months resulted in the extended timeline, such as: - Orion couldn't begin work until outside mitigation company finished drying the structure. - Orion had to wait for your contracted plumber to finish work. - Asbestos Testing Jan 30th & Asbestos removal Feb 21st by outside company. - 2nd Water Damage due to pipe-break. Had to wait for mitigation to be completed by an outside restoration company. March 23 - Needed to wait for other vendors to cleanup heavy debris and dust before Orion could inspect property again before beginning rebuild. Orion tried best efforts to complete job. Although, there were extended circumstances that is no excuse for not providing clear communication. We are always trying to improve our processes as a company. As a homeowner being displaced is very frustrating, we hope the best for you.
