I give this business no stars. Im an older women who has had cancer twice plus treatments and they caused me so much anxiety that I finally agreed to their terms just to get them to leave me alone. I wanted no more than $250 payments and I ended up with $570 payments at 19% interest. The salesman told me if I just take the car and refinance it in 2 months I would be able to get the payments down to my $250. That was a lie. Ive had it for a year and a half and no bank will refinance it because I owe too much on it. It only had ****** miles on it but in two days after buying it, 2 tires blew out and the tire shop said all four tires were dry rotted. Now it has ****** on it and the transmission went out. Thankfully I had enough sense to buy the extended warranty. But I am stuck paying these $570 payments and I live on a fixed income. I feel this dealership are just crooks looking to take advantage of old women. They should be ashamed of themselves for the way they do business. And I also thought I won $1000 dollars and only got $10. They havent heard the last of me.

They send out misleading ads that state you have won money when in fact you may not have or did not win the amount stated on the forms received. That seems like it should be illegal. If I told someone they won money they just have to come listen to a sales pitch then give them a different amount than what was discussed I could be sued. So why is this legal?

We do send out advertising flyers for our sales locations. All are legal and attorney approved. All cash prized are insured and awarded providing the winning numbers are brought into our dealerships. Odds of winning the prizes are clearly listed on the flyers. Yes the majority do when smaller cash prizes, however we do have larger winners as well.

Although it is our goal to finance 100% of our customers, we cannot be responsible for severity of credit history. As for the flyers, we have larger winners often during our sales events. all prizes are insured and guaranteed to be awarded providing the winning flyer is presented at one of our events.

If I could give this business ***** stars I would. This dealer sends out mail about winning prizes to lure in customers to buy used cars under false pretenses. The mailers are misleading and give false hope that you have won using a type of lotto ticket that you pull back tabs on to reveal three matching icons. Im guessing that all of the mailers have matching icons saying that youve won. There is no disclaimer on the mailer that you have to buy anything to receive this prize. In fact, it says a prize is GUARANTEED. We stopped in along with many other people who got a mailer showing they've won $100, $500, or $1000. Many elders. We all fell for this. This is not a fair business practice and they could probably be taken to court. The salesmen were slimy and creepy, but thats probably a hard requirement for this company.

This dealer sends out mailers about sweepstakes to falsely lure in customers to buy used autos. The mailers are misleading and gives residents false hope that they've won a certain amount of money and give you 10 bucks for your trouble which is a disappointment. I stopped in and every person got a mailer showing they've won $1000. We all fell for this misleading advertisement. In my opinion this is not fair business practice. Maybe buyer beware!
