    "I made reservations for my lil 7 pound dog on 7/11/23 for a week in August, i called the other day to confirm my reservation and to get their information on sending her vaccination records. At that time, I was told by Haley there was no reservation on file and that she would have a pm manager contact me at noon, after me calling there again and a day later I received a call back to be advised again there was no record of our conversation, and was then told sorry we are booked, with no compassion." ...
