      "GAR has nice equipment and hard working crew, but do not recommend them because 1) Poor scheduling and poor communication leaves customer wondering when they will show up. 2) Purchased top "finish" coat but they either got the wrong asphalt or did not apply it properly because the surface turned out VERY rough." ...
