    Would not recommend this business to remove and reinstall new windows. They do not measure correctly costing us over $1300 for a new window that we had to rebuy do to it was over 2 inches two small. **** said oh we can fix that, put a piece of wood in the whole that was too short and said he would fill the hole with spray foam. **** was in a hurry from the time he arrived to the time he left, he ripped out the old windows causing damage to drywall and complaining the entire time. The old window holes were NOT cleaned of any old debris, ie. silicone, shims, dirt etc. The new windows were shoved into holes that were too small for the windows or too big for the windows. Two downstairs windows were measured too small, one upstairs window was measured to small, one was too big so he cut out the inside drywall to make it fit and the largest window was measured way too small that one cost us the $1300. **** did not put any silicone or tape on the window opening before installing the new windows, all he did was throw the new window in nail it and put tape on the outside. **** beat in a 35 1/2 window into a 35 inch opening cracking the drywall on the inside of the room. Nails for the windows were not beat all the way in. My suggestion is to install the windows yourself as I wasted over $4300 paying **** to install windows that had to all be uninstalled again and reinstalled the correct way plus we had to buy another very large window to account for ****** huge measuring mistakes. **** never offered to help with the cost of his mistakes.
