If a customer feels that they deserve a refund, we will assess the situation and try to come to an understanding. If we are responsible for damaging a product, making an error on our initial estimate, etc. we will work to correct the issue and return to the customer whatever the cost is involved in correcting said issue. At Vision Construction we are always striving to be the premier building and remodeling contractor in this region, which is why we back all of our projects with a 10 year guarantee. If at any time during that 10 year period after a project is complete and a customer has a concern of our work performance in terms of structural integrity and craftsmanship, we will promptly address the issue and make the customer feel confident that they have entrusted the right professionals for their project.
