    I purchased half a beef from a local farmer in December and had it processed at ******* They did a very nice job processing and packaging the beef. However every package of ground beef we used had bone chips in it. I'm talking ***** chips per pound on average. I contacted Lazy L in March. The lady was very apologetic, and offered to replace the beef. I told her I would try and use it, as I know the farmer I use has great beef. So I would thaw out ground beef, sit at the table, and go through it by hand, trying to find bone fragments. Unfortunately I never found many, but we sure found them when we ate whatever we cooked with it. My family refused to eat it, so I attempted to contact Lazy L to get it replaced. After 3 phone calls, with Lazy L taking my number and saying they would call me back, but not calling, I loaded the beef in my vehicle and drove 40 minutes to Lazy L. I walked in with 2 bags, the lady behind a desk asked if she could help me. I told her I'm returning this meat, we won't eat it, then walked out to get the other bag. I walked back in and told her, still sitting behind the desk, it has bone fragments, we won't eat it. Her reply was oh ,ok. Flabbergasted, I turned and walked out. My name is on each package, but they never contacted me
