He charged me 20k at first too do my job .. he kept wanting money before the job was finished so when the money was close too being gone he added 5 more thousand too the price plus another 7500 .. so I have over 30k in labor and Travis refuses too finish the work because he’s been paid in full ! He left my counter tops unfinished .. he didn’t gut the upstairs bathroom so the tile is all uneven and held together with caulk instead of grout …then when I notice he was using caulk he used 2 different colors of grout .My basement is leaking where he just remodeled it … all the trim was cut short so he just used caulk too fill in big gaps instead of recutting the trim and fixing it … all my doors were cut and left off the hinges and there’s a list of little stuff he told me he would touch up and never did !!! I wouldn’t recommend using him he brings drunks in the house too work and he milks the work until he’s paid in full then he doesn’t try too finish after he has all the money !!! I have messages where I have too ask him over and over too come fix his mistakes and he just ignores me and pushes my work too the side or he tells me it’s goin be more money !

This is the first customer I’ve ever had to expect me to keep adding work with out, wanting to re-negotiate the price. The original job was to remodel the bathroom upstairs and finish the basement. Somehow I ended up remodeling the entire house. All the while continuing to Smoke pot in the same room. I’m working in and doing drug deals while I’m at his house. At one point he actually locked me inside of his house because he said his babies mama was coming to kill his dogs and destroy the house. Not an environment I choose to put myself in and he expected me to come check out his air conditioner, free of charge when that had nothing to do with his basement when I finished it. I would be more than happy to provide anyone with pictures regarding this comment.
