    On May 25,2023, I reported the overhead door (roll-up type) on Unit 79 was broken and could not be opened. The broken door is still not fixed as of today, July 6, 2023.
    I have called the customer service representatives on over 25 occasions, and made contact with a person about 10-12 times. I have heard excuses for non-performance and generally given the run-around. There were promises that the repair will be made "next week". I heard that "next week" promise 4 weeks ago, 3 weeks ago, 2 weeks ago and again this week. I have also emailed the company on 3 occasions with no response.

    We have spoken with this tenant as recently as last week to inform hin that we are unfortunately still awaiting the repair on the vendor's side. We immediately scheduled a vendor out when the tenant informed us of the door issue. The vendor came out and saw it needed a door spring. It has been on order for a month now, and we have been pateiently awaiting on their end. I believe this complaint came in before I personally spoke with the tenant again last week to give him that update. This repair will hopefully be done soon and the unit accessible again.
