"NewI made an emergency appointment this morning because my dog was throwing up blood and had bloody diarrhea, jade the receptionist was awesome told me to bring the dog right in , I was shown to a room where a vet tech came in , we discussed the dog having a mass in her stomach and the family pet clinic in Garfield Heights sent over the X-rays and ultrasound , so next thing I know said vet tech was demanding a parvo test be done on my almost 15 year old dog , would not even let me speak to the vet , they would not see us without this test , so I went to medvet they did an ultrasound and my dog was bleeding into her stomach from a mass , so she had to be put down , needless to say I’m not happy with the way I was treated and they caused my dog to be in prolonged pain, this is the worst vet clinic I have ever seen or heard of in my life , I cannot believe the way they treated us , and they should be ashamed of themselves, never ever would I go near there again , shame on you nasty vet and nasty vet tech!" ...
