5 starsMatt is the best. This company was wonderful to work with. We had others come to see the house. If it wasn't for Matt, giving us questions to make sure of the others I am SURE we would have been scammed by one or more of them. Sure they were going to give a few bucks more BUT with some of the things in their contract it would have bit us in the butt. We for sure could have been scammed or possibly had issues if we went with anyone else. Thank you Matt! He worked with us from beginning to the end. We just CLOSED! Money was wired in less than 24 hrs. We had a few unforseen hiccups Matt told us not to worry. It all worked out marvelously. This is a GREAT company to go with and very trustworthy if what they say. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. Was our first time ever doing this and sometimes it isn't something you wanted to do. Matt made us feel comfortable and walked us through the things. He was always available and checked on us and the answered questions ASAP. Was a smooth transaction. Times like this are hard but if you want a TRUSTED company this is the one to choose. The title company they use Nova is awesome as well and Kristen and Ashley were again there at anytime and helped in anything we needed or questioned. John their notary who came to our house for the closing was a RockStar!
With some many negative things or people/companies not caring or taking advantage of people. You will NOT have that experience with this company. We did not meet Mr. Lieberman BUT he must know he has a great crew in the company business.
