I started talking with Matt in August, my other buyer fell through December 26. They made me a fair offer and we signed the sale papers on new years day, and it just closed today 10 days later. They are honest and live up to their word.Review from Bob L

This Company is full of consummate professionals. Matt led the way and turned what could have been a difficult transaction into a smooth one. Most importantly, Matt and Company were honest and did everything they said they’d do with no exceptions. They have extensive experience in all sorts of transactions and it shows. Cleveland Home Buyers do exactly as stated. Sold my home easy and at a very fair price. Their rep Matt was personable and professional throught the entire process! They do everything they say they will and make everything simple and understandable. I would recommend this company very highly if you are in need of selling a home quickly and easily. It was a pleasure working with Matt at Cleveland Home Buyer. This company was referred to us by a family friend. Matt kept us up to date explaining what was going on. He broke down step by step the process. There was no pressure. No questions was stupid. We were able to talk it over with our attorney. We were given quotes about prices in our area as to what prices of homes were worth. Then, from there, the value of our property. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone. Once everything is checked out with the title company, which is less than 30 days. Once we signed the paper work. We received the money the next day.Cleveland House Buyers LLC Response
