  Owner will lie about how many years he has been in business for property management and number of properties to get business. When employees work alot of hours it turns into "I am not paying them for that". I can first hand speak that *** ****** the owner will lie and say you were given a advance and short your pay check. Even with messages to prove that he is a liar. Over promises and under deliveries with employees and as a contractor.

  I recommend North Coast Property Management, located at 11963 Abbey Road, North
  Royalton, OH 44133 for your full-service property management needs. Our Brecksville
  condo association has been in existence for 25 years and has retained the same
  management company for that duration. The Board of Sanctuary Circle has conducted
  due diligence over the years investigating, evaluating and requesting proposals from
  various property management companies in the Greater Cleveland Area. During this
  period, we did not find another company that suited our needs until we evaluated North
  Coast Property Management.
  North Coast is a full-service property management company that is structured with divisions within its corporate structure. The divisions include excavation/grading, concrete services, grounds management, and snow and ice management. On the administrative side, North Coast manages the accounting and financial reporting for our association, provides long-range financial and budget planning assistance and manages contractors/vendors that are already established with
  our association, including overseeing all aspects of the subcontractors’ projects.
  Our association’s requirements are multifold. We are a private street that is responsible
  for the repair and maintenance of the street’s concrete. We are responsible for the
  repair and maintenance of each homeowner’s concrete driveway and sidewalks. We
  are responsible for landscaping maintenance, pond maintenance, flood control spillways
  and the **** **** ** *********** protected wetlands on our association’s common
  property. Additionally, we have had urgent needs centered around street and yard
  drainage issues. North Coast has stepped in and quickly established plans and have
  begun to execute these plans that address every one of our requirements.
