    We contacted ProScapes to replace our current front porch. This job is a demo of the current porch and a concrete pour for the new one. Started discussing in early March and ProScapes estimated a completion for end of March. We sent over the security deposit, which was half of the total project cost. About a month went by when we were told ProScapes would "start this week / today" and they failed to show. Finally, I asked for deposit back as they were showing to be unreliable. The next day, a worker showed up and removed half the existing porch. This was about May 10 or so.

    Since then, the last two weeks, we have repeatedly tried to contact ProScapes with a low response rate. They have not responded for the past week and have given no indication on when they will return and complete the work which is now 6 weeks late. In general, the communication has been very poor. We are trying to recoup our deposit for unfinished work, and would very much prefer to move forward with a more reliable contractor.

    Dusty B**** doing business as Proscapes LLC provided a quote on March 6 2023 of $6,321.26 and agreement to replace concrete step and walkway with estimated completion of March 30th 2023. Contract required a $3000 deposit which was 50% of the quote. Check for the deposit was provided on March 6, 2023 and cashed within a few hrs of receiving. Dusty never contacted me again and mutiple attempts to contact him via text were either ignored or responded to days and weeks later. On Apr 26th 2023 I requested that Dusty return the deposit given lack of work and lack or response. ***** responded by email that he would return the deposit. As of this data the business has not set any additional response and has not returned the deposit. In retrospect there wer several red flags that I should have heeded. Dusty showed up to provide a quote the same day he was contacted. He then explained that an incentive to sign the agreement and provide deposit that same day would be that he had several openings to do the work within the next couple of weeks and that concrete prices were going up the next week and it would be more expensive if I waited.

    Pro Scape is the perfect example of a lawn scaping company trying to do concrete work and do a poor job of it as it compares to a George A Back job.
    We paid them to install our driveway and sidewalks and within a month we deveolped large cracks, Dusty came out to confirm the issue and stated they will be back in the spring to fix it, he did come back to provide lip service and has yet to return to resolve the issue. He acknowledged the cracking and sidewalk and how bad the driveway looked with the sidewalks dropping to the point it is an insurance liability. The workmanship is not good at all, the concrete was never sealed propelry leaving it to spall and crack worse which i had no choice to save whats was there and take care of it myself or it would have gotten worse.
    I do not want them to come back feeling it would be even worse since their skillsets are very limited, all I want is for them to pay for the concrete to be raised to reduce the liability of a future lawsuit of my sidewalks
    If you look at pictures, its not very difficult to see the type of workmanship provided which again indicates the experience they possess and how they leave their customers hanging. They have done a few more houses around me and come to find out they did the same thing to them which I encouraged them to write a complaints as well otherwise they will continue to get away with it…

    Proscapes LLC was hired to pour a patio for our new home in the fall of 2021. Overall, we paid this company $4,000 to pour the back patio. There are structural defects with the patio causing water to pool in various spots. When walking on the patio, you can feel the dips and rises and it appears that ProScapes didn't level the area first prior to pouring the concrete causing multiple slope differences in the patio. In March 2022, we spoke with the owner(Dusty *****) about the poor quality of the patio. He agreed that the patio was not done properly and agreed to provide a stamped concrete overlay at no cost. He provided us an e-mail in April stating that this would be done later in the Spring as weather permitted. On several occasions, he stated that he would provide us samples of overlays for the patio which never happened. We have continually contacted him through phone calls, voice mails and texts and received little to no response. We appreciate the fact that this company identified their poor workmanship and was willing to remedy the situation. Unfortunately, we cannot get communication back on when or if they will live up to their word and get this resolved.

    We are actively working with the customer to resolve this situation. We have the on our schedule and we realize our short comings on being behind with our schedule due to weather this summer. We stand behind our work and we will make this right with the customer.
