- Additional Info:According to a statement provided by the company, "National Mortgage Funding has been in business since 1995, closing hundreds of mortgages for hundreds of satisfied customers. The complaint issued by the State of Ohio was from a marketing strategy employed by mortgage brokers using direct mail advertising, hoping customers would open the advertisement and call us. We have resolved this issue and our mailers are now compliant with the State of Ohio. In closing, how we conduct our business, both sales practice and service, has never been questioned."
