We stand behind the products and specialties, as many of the products are customized specifically for the customer, refunds are done on a case by case basis.  If there is a problem with the product it is normally replaced.  Each supplier that we use also has their own return and exchange policy.  As we work with over 5,000 suppliers, each has it's own policy and we work with both the customer and supplier with care.  Consulting services & design services have there own policies and contracts.
