- All proposals include a (1) year warranty on all workmanship. Baths Plus will replace the item at no charge if the item has been installed improperly by Baths Plus. Baths Plus will repair or replace any defective fixture under warranty for the first year at no charge. Manufacturer’s warranties affect each specific product. This warranty does not include caulks, silicones & sealer products and or items that have been serviced by others.
