On August 22, 2023, the Ohio Attorney General Office filed a complaints against Benny R. Bryant and B.R. Bryant Custom Homes, LLC. According to the complaint, the defendants did not include certain information required by law in their home construction contracts. Furthermore, the complaint states that the business accepted down payments for home improvement and repair services, began work, then abandoned the worksites and failed to complete the work. The business failed to provide refunds to customers upon request.
