We hold ourselves to some of the highest standards in the industry and in doing so we are able to put our money where our mouth is by offering the ultimate warranty in the industry. We provide each one of our customers Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty on New or Replacement Systems. This warranty is limited to the lifespan of the product. Example: GAF 30yr Dimensional Shingles will come with our 30yr Workmanship Warranty. A 5 Year Maintenance Warranty can be purchased at an additional cost. This 5 Year Warranty takes effect 1 year after initial services are performed and continue annually for 5 years. A thorough inspection of the property will be performed along with any necessary or routine maintenance.
We offer a 7 year workmanship warranty on minor repairs and/or partial replacements and will only guarantee the sections we repaired.
All product will be installed according to Ohio Building Code, International Building Code, NRCA, and the manufacturers recommended installation instructions. All material used will also be registered with the manufacturer for warranty purposes.
We own our mistakes and will do whatever is necessary to correct them and keep our valued customers satisfied and our reputation in tact!
