            They broke my PS5 console on a simple cleaning. Nothing was to be done to the console, besides a cleaning. I told them I do not want use their store again. The GM is refusing to let me use another UBreakIFix location. And will not pay any 3rd party repairs. They said if they can not fix, the problem they created, they will give me a refurbished PS5. This is just another console with unknown problems. And potential long term faults that will cause me to lose warranty and be stuck with an inferior product. I will be getting a third party to look at the item and assess the damages. The GM has stopped work at the another location on 82nd street in Indianapolis and refuses to allow anyone else to work on it. He said he will not pay for a 3rd party to fix the damages they created. They even said a new tech was working on it. I think they are using customer products as training devices.

            Samsung told me they would cover my broken screen. Took it to this store and they said they would make sure it was covered by my insurance and then fix it. Called a day later and said my phone was ready They put a new screen on without calling to make sure it was insured. Turns out it wasn't.. back and forth with Samsung.ended up having to put the old screen back on.. it stopped working the next day... Should have communicated with the people working ..
