            Purchased a used car only to find out after I took it to my mechanic that is has a bent control arm, blown valve gasket and was leaking oil. They cleaned the engine so you couldn't see the leak and after going back and complaining they said it was sold as is. I am very disappointed in this company. Make sure if you're buying a car from here to take it to a mechanic beforehand. See attached photo for laundry list of issues from my mechanic.

            I have been leasing from mentor nissan since 2015 and never really had a problem until now. I ended up getting a flat. I brought the car to the dealership on the 16th and the lady at the service desk asked if I was okay to drive on the donut until Monday because they had to order the tire. But she also told me I had to replace all 4 tires because it would mess up the drive train, if I only replace one. Which is funny because I have been driving on the donut every since considering no one has even called me. I called and made a complaint and asked for tire assistance considering I was not prepared to replace all 4 tires, when I only damaged one. Well apparently the guy I spoke with from the mentor nissan complaint service misunderstood me and only asked about the assistance. So as of today the complaint is official. It is now going on 2 weeks that I have been driving on this donut. Mind you, they never asked if I had kids or what my job was or anything, they let me leave the dealership on a donut. Didn't even offer a rental. Never have I ever been so displeased with this company before.
