              I purchased a Toro lawn mower late last summer. I started having problems when the electric start would only click and not turn over the engine. I had to manually start it with the pull starter. This would happen after I shut the mower off to empty the bag. I they told me that if it happenrd again to bring it in and they would fix it. I took in aprox. 6weeks ago and they had it for 4 weeks. they said that they had to clean the carburator. I told them that the electric start wasen't working. not that it wouldn't start., they said that they also oiled the starter, all the invoice said was Clean Carburator and change oil. I took it back and they said it would be ready in 2-3 days. They had it another two and a half weeks. I called them and they said that the fuel lines were loose. How can the fuel lines be loose if they cleaned the carburator. They never addressed the issue that it is a electric start problem not a fuel issue. I told them how to duplicate the problem. I want a new mower.

              Brought my **** mower in for a tune up and a new filter back in Sept of 2020. Was told they would call when it's ready and it should be about 6 days or less... 15 days later I called and they couldn't find my mower, and couldn't find a repair order ..I had to drive down there and give them mine and show them I dropped it off.. they swore up and down I must have picked it up and that's why it's not there.. explained no and I waited 2 weeks for a phone call that never came... 2 hours later manager finally found my mower that had been left outside/outback in the back by a employee as I was told... took it to another shop after I was told it was my fault for not calling for two weeks ... damage to my mower was brutal.. had to replace 7 mower parts and replace the fuel tank as it was cracked...never go here..nothing has changed
