    The Sunsetter EZ Shade system we purchased two years ago has been serviced most recently in the past six months and several times previous. The problem concerns one of the three solar panels not charging properly due to inadequate sunlight. A different type of system should have been installed in the first place. Currently only one of three of these shades will work at all. There is a five year warranty which I need to invoke.

    I purchased a Sunsetter awning with warranty from Moore Shade 4 Less in June, 2017, along witha 5 year all weather warrenty. I attempted to contact my sales rep right before my warranty expired and was never able to get rhough on phone and never got a reply on email. I then sent an email to Moore Shade 4 Less and was informed that the rep no longer worked for them. I explained that i wanted a new shade under the warranty. They reached out to Sunsetter who told them it was covered and how much it would cost. I then asked them to order and was told i needed to work directly with Sunsetter. I called Sunsetter who told me that it was no longer covered and to have Moore shade 4 less contact them again, so i did. And never heard back. I sent them 4 more emails over the course of 2 months and the only time i got a reply was when i told them i was going to file a complaint with BBB, and their reply was "ok no problem, sorry for all the delays". and now Sunsetter won't let me get a replacement awning because i am out of warranty window (which i wasnt when all this started)

    We will be honoring ***'s request for a new fabric and the price she was quoted, even after the fact. 

    This was for a Warranty claim, and because SunSetter factory holds the warranty and the certificate, not MS4L, it has to go through them. 

    We will make sure she is able to get the fabric for what was promised.
