            Early last month I called the customer service phone number and heard “Due to Covid our offices are closed. To reach us send an mail or complete the form. I emailed that two Netbright Mbm3000 lights were not working and provided the invoice number and date of purchase. Received following response On Wed, Oct 13, 2021, 3:12 PM Mr Beams wrote: Hi ******* ****** Thank you for reaching out to Beams! Is this regarding your 2 MBN3000 units from order 100040710, placed on 09/09? I am so sorry to hear they took on water. The lights have a weatherproof seal that should protect them from water intake in normal weather conditions. Any water intake would be covered under the warranty on the lights. I would be happy to send you 2 new BRN MBN3000 units. I would just need the following information; Is your shipping address the same? The production code from the inside battery case cover of the lights. Should be a BHxxx or a Bxxx. (ex: BH1819) Thank you Deseree From: **** ****** Date: Thu, Oct 14, 2021, 1:54 PM Subject: Re: Lights keep going on without any motion several times per hour To: Mr Beams Deseree Yes the lights are the Netbright MBN3000 Brn. The code is BH5117 and the shipping address is the same in ************** **. Thanks Rich The October 14th is the last email I received from Mr. Beams. Although every week until early November I sent emails asking if my replacement order is being processed. No response! On November 16th in pure desperation I spent hours talking to the reps at **** and ****** and even ******’s corporate office. Each time received “sorry wish I could help but I can’t” Mr. Beams (security lighting company) was acquired by **** (the doorbell company) in 2017.
