    "This place is absolutely terrible, the owner hung up on me and called me several names just for asking why he was charging me 500+ dollars and only had my vehicle for 12 hours.     "So my mother's car got impounded at about 11:30 at night she didn't know it was gone because my brother had taken it and he got pulled over and it was picked up by United Roadside and Towing Service in REMOVED. She called earlier in the morning when she found out that the car wasn't in the driveway and that my brother had been arrested and the car was towed she called this man and he basically cussed her out just for asking questions about how to get the car out and how much it was going to cost she was very polite and she always has been, the owner of this business said that the charge would be $542 and the car had only been in there for about 12 hours if that." ...
