    "I have been a roadside member for years I called in to use one of my 4 calls for an was told my account was downgraded be in the last 3 year I have used it to much I was told that I was not allowed to use what I pay for because AAA wants you to pay for something you can’t use I’ve never heard of that how can a company want to take my money but not tell me I can’t use it for the service I pay for I will never recommend them again if I could cancel I would I would not be renewing them I’m so disappointed in this business it’s hard as it is"
