- Additional Info:11/11/2016 from the company's facebook page: To all of our Dorsey's Customers, as many of you know our store caught fire and burnt down two Saturdays ago. We lost all access to receipts, records, phone and computer systems. The IT Department was able to get things up and running for the most part today. We will be able to receive calls and emails beginning tomorrow morning at 11:30AM. If you are waiting on merchandise please give us a call at (330)280-4012 with your order information beginning tomorrow morning at 11:30AM and we will be happy to schedule your pickups, and deliveries. We appreciate your understanding and patience throughout all of this. We apologize to all of you who feel you have been wronged since the fire, but we are and remain a Christian Company of integrity and all of the lack of communication was out of our hands, we will press forward in making everything correct.
