The company's website states they are Reputation Management and SEO Experts, that also offer Website Analyzation, however their Pinterest page states, "Stark County Connections is a free membership service that compiles consumer ratings of local service companies and contractors in Stark County, Ohio", a Manta site has the company listed as a Tourist Information Bureau and Wikitravel lists them as a Tourist office. On October 14, 2014, BBB challenged several claims made on the companies website. On October 29th a second letter was sent to the company. The company has not responded.
