    More details in following documentation. I am overwhelmed with the poor service and the multitude of issues because of it. As I went higher to resolve, the personnel were less willing to understand the issues. Because of the long delays and lack of communication, the residents had to forgo showers for long periods. I made multiple trips to assess the workmanship. There was only one installer who was excellent, the other lied about the state of the tile and who he talked to. They say they have pictures to support the installer but have yet to see them. I have pictures and am trying to figure out how to upload them. Thanks for looking at this. ******

    I ordered two shower doors from Basco in July 2023. The doors were installed in September 2023. During the installation process, there was damage done to the shower floor and tiles were cracked. Basco had someone come out to repair the tile 10/27/23 but the workmanship was unsatisfactory. Tiles were not level, grout was the wrong color and it looked terrible. I called the same day and said the work was unacceptable. They told me they were expecting my call because the tile repair guy said he did a bad job. It is now 12/14/23 and Basco has not repaired the tile. They keep saying they will send someone out but never follow through.
