Reading other reviews we had the same experience with them. Lack of response, not willing to work with customers, not professional. This company made tons of money from us and when it came time to end the never ending leases all they did was keep adding late fees. Lou's demeanor is the same as others have shared. Steer clear from them- this behavior starts at the top and filters down.

This individual owns a telecommunications company which is party to two 60-month equipment finance contracts with Summit. This Customer has been consistently delinquent under those contracts, despite consistent and ongoing attempts to contact this individual and his team to make on-time payments. In fact, Summit's detailed and lengthy collections notes reflect that in the several years that these contracts have been in place, Summit has only been able to reach this individual directly on a few occasions; every other communication has been ignored or deflected through another employee of the Customer. As recently as last week, this individual requested a payoff of the contracts, stating that he would pay off the associated balances if Summit agreed to waive all accumulated late fees. Those payoffs were provided to him within one Summit business day; late fees were not waived given the Customer's ongoing delinquent history. This individual has not responded to the payoff letters that were provided at his request, nor has he advised Summit when or if he would indeed make payment. Both contracts continue to be delinquent.

Typical response and no apology. Sure communications are through the company controller as she is responsible for paying our bills which we always pay unless there are issues as in this case. I do not cut checks, our controller cuts the checks. No resolution on late fees even though they were late because we had issues with this funding company. We had a relationship with the Lease company for well over 15 years. They sure made a lot of money off of our company, we used them for our customers as well. Needless to say this business has gone elsewhere. Sometimes people forget who the customers are. After reading the other reviews it is a pattern for them. If you hear it once, twice, three times it tells the story. Our resolution- we paid all fees, late fees, interest, etc. a lot more than we should have paid just to get away from this company. When trying to ask if the accounts were cleared and if the payments were received we go the same silent treatment from them. Never received a paid in full statement. After a few more emails we did receive an email the accounts have been terminated.Matter is resolved Steer clear there are plenty of other companies that want to provide leases for us and our customers.Cheers
