    I am rejecting this response because: I always record my conversations. I have a recording of the conversations. They screwed up my pcm. Everytihgn worked but the transmission. I should nto have to pay for reparis for damage they caused.  

    The first car I bought from them had to have 2 engine replacements. I've had this one for two years.

     Mr. ****** had transmission rebuilt under our warranty. Our transmission vendor does not get into electrical systems and we do not go through all the systems before they go or when they come back. It was noted that speaker wire was running to the battery when the transmission fluid was checked so he may have shorted something out. We can set an appointment to look at it or he can take it somewhere else. Any repairs requested by this complaint will not be covered under our warranty. I have no response to the plasma comment as it  is the second time we have heard it..  Not  one of our team members would ever say that, let alone two.

    The name of the person who said to sell plasma to make my payment is ****** from there finance part of street wise motor it is main street financing never said two people said he even admitted he said it I am trying to recover the recorded conversation from my old phone I would like to request a little more time to recover the calls I can prove that everything worked when I dropped the car off I have multiple witnesses willing to testify that everything but the transmission worked on the car including the person that installed the speakers and amp

    I thought I had responded....... As was explained in the first response, the issues of the complaint are not covered by the warranty. I recommend he go to the person that installed the sound system. He could also call our service department

    My transmission went out & is still under warranty the mechanic ***** said the ***** dealership here in ****** refused to fix it when I called the ********* the ***** dealership they said st.**** never contacted them I want the *****. Dollars back I've paid on it because of this situation I've been forced to sign up for SS they still want me to make the payment but I can't no more I don't have a job because of this situation I've got eviction notice because I had to spend the money on a rental car but now I'm flat broke & have no transportation to work.why would they lie about calling the dealership here in town.

    **** ********d to take the car from a test drive and it should be on October 28th 2022 so I called back to streetwise at 3pm on the 28th of October and they said the transmission shop still was waiting on the parts from chevy. I have been making my 199.00 $ car payment every 2 weeks and the time they have had my car I have had no replacement car I'm the mean time and I have kids to take to school and many doctors appointments. So I have to pay a car payment and pay to get my kids to school and to doctors which is costing me twice to three times more to get my things done. I'm to a point I don't know what to do anymore. Any help getting this issue resolved would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

    We had been in touch regularly with Mr ******** during the last couple months. We know how frustrating it can be, but no one can foresee multiple failures. Combine that with labor shortages and supply chain issues and we've had a mess. The good news is Mr ******** picked up his Equinox on Monday 11/7 with replaced motor and rebuilt transmission paid by warranty. We will continue to make sure all is going well.

    8-18-22- purchased a 2012 subaru forester,
    Check engine light was on, provided paperwork showing the engine light was a misfire, the problem was resolved by replacement parts,
    8-20-22 92.4 miles, the front end has serious safety issues, the vehicle has misfires on cylinders 3 and 4,
    Catalytic convertor is clogged,
    Break slider pins were not greased in a competent manner after proof of breaks being replaced by dealer causing serious rubbing of front pads and rotors
    Rear end has a serious defect of rocking on take off, front end has a serious safety issue of rocking on coming out of a turn. There's a major vibration coming from the rear of the vehicle not entirely sure as to where the issue is arising from
