              I called Door Guys to fix my outdoor keyless entry. Guys came out said it was older door and he had to call in on how to fix. Then told me I had to get the keyless pad from Amazon because they couldn't get one. Billing me $120+ for call. I received the keyless pad they told me to order. They came out again. Said it was the wrong one. They called and said they found one for $55 and we're ordering it for me. Four weeks passed and nothing. I called and long story short it was not ordered. Ryan told me to go-to Lowes and get one and it might work. I went to *** *** *** in Mansfield, Oh. They had the right product and fixed it in office to work. Called Door Guys and said I need some $ back. I paid and got nothing in return. Ryan agreed to give me back half. Said Tim was cutting the check. Two weeks later not check and no reply to my message asking where it was.
