Very good at selling a home not so good at building it. Do yourself a favor and talk to literally anyone in the neighborhood before you build a home with them. Poor workmanship, way late getting anything completed beyond any reasonable expectation even during a pandemic, will offer the world but won't follow through.

I wish someone had warned me about Breyerwood Homes when we began building a home with them in April of 2020. Now I feel obligated to inform others about our experience. When asked to finish work, Breyerwood Homes, LLC continues to ignore our requests, as well as the requests of our neighbors. When they do respond, they either tell us that the work will be done soon, or blames other contractors that they work with. For example, we have had two ripped screens and one faulty screen door for the past six months, and they continually tell us that they’ll be replaced soon, that “the guy” they work with is on vacation, that we’ve gotten a new representative, and that they’ve reached out and no one has responded. We had a toilet that leaked. A faulty water heater. We still have a backdoor that was not installed properly with a screen door that does not open properly. A window that will not open all the way. And floors on the second floor that were not secured to the subfloor. It took over ten years to pave the road. Our experiences are not exclusive to our home; we’ve spoken to the other four owners of the newly built homes and they continually have the same complaints. For example, both my neighbor and I have had leaking toilets and faulty water heaters. Save yourself the headache and heartache, go somewhere else.
