    Husband and I had a terrible experience trying so sell for a year and we chose RCHB for our home sale because they were BBB accredited, best decision weve made in years. ***** and ***** are amazing, everyone we worked with was very professional and went above and beyond expectations making our sale process much less stressful than anticipated. 10/10 would highly recommend.

    ******! This is the biggest scam of all of real estate. I naively bought a house from ******* ****** and found out at closing that it wasnt in his name, he had a contract to sell the house for this poor family only to get 50 percent commission!! I would have rather given my money to the family that deserved it, than in ******* Partins pocket for doing absolutely nothing. He (or one of his minions) took pictures of the house and made $25,000. Its sickening. Do your research and do not allow this company to keep taking advantage of people. He also deletes all of the negative comments on ******** and blocked me. Cant hear the truth, *******?

    Thank you for your feedback, though we must take this opportunity to correct several serious inaccuracies in your review.The transaction youre referring to was conducted fully within the bounds of state and federal real estate laws. At no point did our company represent that we owned the property. As is standard practice in real estate wholesaling, we operated under a valid and legally binding contract with the seller to assign our interest in the property. This process was fully disclosed and agreed upon by all parties involved, including the buyer at closing.The claim that our company received a "50% commission" is simply false. What you are referring to is an assignment feea common and lawful part of many real estate transactions. This fee reflects the time, marketing, negotiation, and coordination efforts that go into facilitating a deal. The assertion that we did absolutely nothing is both inaccurate and dismissive of the legitimate work performed by our ******* regard to your comments about social media, we enforce clear community guidelines to ensure discussions remain respectful and factual. Posts containing misinformation or personal attacks are subject to moderation, which includes removal and, if necessary, account restrictions. These actions are in place to maintain integritynot to avoid accountability.We understand that real estate transactions can be emotional and complex. Our company is committed to transparency, fairness, and professionalism in every deal we conduct.     The only misinformation in my post was using the term commissions and not assignment fee. You lack integrity and morals. Not opinions, just facts. You got the same amount that the family did. The work that do you do is disgusting and you take advantage of naive people that do not know the whole sailing process. Please tell me (without chat AI) what you did to actually sell the house? I was not informed of your assignment fee before the closing.

    Bought a house from this guy 10/10 do not recommend. Zero negotiating, his terms. Every time we came to an agreement he would change it to benefit him. House was unfinished including one room down to studs completely. He bought this house, did absolutely NOTHING to it, charged us $40,000 more than he bought it for less than a month prior. I had to do ALL the work to bring it up to standards for the loan to go through. I had to threaten to put a lien on the house for him to finally stop changing the terms of the agreement. He’s flipping house without flipping them. It’s Infuriating that this guy is accredited by the BBB. Sounds like if you’re selling you get paid fast, if you’re buying… just don’t. Literally makes me sick seeing his face on all these billboards. Slow sale, bad deal, Brads terms. Hope all this catches up to him.

    So sorry for the inconvience *****. We are a legitimate company locally owned & based out of the Richland county area, hence the BBB Accreditation. Generally we are happy to have you removed from mailing or calling lists when requested, but we usually do need some background info to be able to do that for you.

    I'd give 0 stars if I could - we have continually asked that my mother's information be removed from their mailing list - we consider this harassment and abuse of the elderly (she has dementia and Alzheimer's - which we have relayed to this company on numerous occasions as she gets confused). We want this to stop immediately and all contact to be terminated.

    Random number texted me asking if they could buy my house or help in any way with remodeling. I never gave this company my number and my phone number is not associated to my address in any way.I replied STOP to their text and they said I would receive no further communication.Incredibly scummy of a company to just randomly send unsolicited text messages out asking if they can buy my house or ""help with repairs""Borderline phishing type text messages.

    So sorry to irritate you *******. We do use SMS messages to reach potential clients interested in selling their homes, but we do try hard to respect people when they ask to be taken off the list.
