I have been staying at Mansfield Inn for the last month because I'm in between residence waiting for the previous owner of my new residence to move. I chose this motel because it is local and close to work. Early morning on 10/17/23 there was no water. We received a letter on our doors giving us notice about the water issue. There was no water for 3 days. I had to miss 2 days of work because I could not shower or flush the toilet. Mansfield Inn did not provide anyone with drinking water or water to add to the toilet to flush. I called repeatedly each day and checked at the office but they did not answer the phone or office door. I had to go out my way to a truck stop to shower on the 3rd day so I could go to work. That was an additional $20. When I finally was able to speak to the office personnel on Saturday evening and ask to have a reduction of some sort on my next week rent they refused and said they don't give refunds. This was a health concern not being able to shower or flush for 3 days. I would like to have at least half of my week credited for the inconvenience.
