******** and **** are dishonest and I will not be back. If you are wise stay clear of this scam outfit.

I am very sorry for feelings of dishonesty on the part of the staff. I do remember this situation clearly, and I did just communicate with above mentioned staff members to make sure the following was accurate. It seems that you gave a part number for a Toro/Wheelhorse Deck/Chute Assembly, and it was special ordered from Toro. I understand that what you assumed you were receiving and what you received did not align, as you thought Deck/Chute Assembly meant it consisted of more that the deck and chute. I also understand that **** and ******** tried working with you on a return, because we do state that Decks are not returnable, but they were trying to obtain a Return Authorization from Toro, which they did but it consisted of a restocking fee. ********, **** gave another option of obtaining the other items that you needed to complete the project at dealer cost, but neither option seemed to work. I apologize that you were left completely dissatisfied, but **** and ******** went above and beyond to try to assist.Review fromKelly B

Sohars performed a tune-up / maintenance to a craftsman lawnmower we were considering getting rid of due to age. I am very happy we took it to them for the tune up. They had all gears working properly, cleaned and restored the deck and it ran like new. This is a 2003 lawnmower. Thank you so much!!!
