In June and August 2004 mail sent to this company concerning customer complaints was returned to our office with markings on the envelope from the company stating "Return to Sender". The mail was not returned as undeliverable by the Post Office. In September 2005 mail concerning customer complaints was returned by the company marked "Return to Sender; Refused". In May 2009 mail concerning customer complaints was returned with the words "company no longer exist" handwritten on the envelope.
