            Our roof leaked in summer of 2020. We contacted C Roberts Construction and agreed to a full tear off and roof replacement. When representatives from the company came to the home we showed them an area with water damage and was told "special care" would be taken in that area when the roof was replaced. We also had them replace our gutters. In the area that was to get special care, the gutter in that area was also to be installed in a way that would drain water away from the problem area. Nothing has changed in this area and during heavy rains, water comes into our home. In addition to gutters, we also listened to their advice and had them install gutter guards. There is an area that you can see from the ground that the gutter guard was clearly not installed correctly. We contacted the company and after multiple attempts, we were told on June 29, 2021 that they would be here no later than July 1, 2021. We have not heard from any representative of the company since.

            Multiple tools were found stolen out of my garage after two of the employees left the final day. Work was merely decent. Had to call the cops and put a restraining order against the owner and the employees for disruptive behavior.
