    I'm still waiting for are fence to be put on since April 2024, no answer no one ever at there location. Always close.

    We had a fence installed by NRC Fence and Deck in 2019. In July 2023, we were approached by our neighbor that our fence may be encroaching on his property. We contacted NRC and they agreed to move the fence and cover all labor and materials. In August 2023, we had a survey done which confirmed our fence was installed 12 ft on our neighbor's property. Before we had the opportunity to move our fence our neighbor destroyed it with an excavator. We contacted NRC about repairing our fence. My husband and I both spoke with the owner William (Bill) Sinclair. He had no empathy for our situation. He took no responsibility for the negligence of his company on where the fence was installed. He placed the blame completely on us. We were told that it was installed within our property lines using the pins. He said they attempt to find the pins and then rely on the customer. That should be their responsibility to make sure it’s installed on our property. He backtracked and said they would be willing to fix our fence at cost. He was very unprofessional and condescending. I said my husband would be contacting him and he said “Maybe he is more reasonable than you.” He has a history of bad business practices, including scamming customers and other businesses. He changes his company every few years because of bad reviews, complaints, and lawsuits. His newest company is Modular Deck and Fence. He shouldn’t be allowed to run a business. We didn’t want to deal with Bill and his company so we hired another company to fix our fence. They had no issues finding the property pins. STAY FAR AWAY!
