            I took my Vehicle to Luis Auto Repair On May 4th,2022 with transmission Problems. Luis spoke to me & said He can purchase me a used transmission. I gave him $1,300, for the used transmission on May 9th,2022. I got my car back on the 11th. The car was in worse condition when I got the car back. I took my car back into the shop a few days later. He said he was going to replace 3 different parts on the transmission for free. I got my car back May 20th,2022 & Still nothing was done. The car will not go in reverse. I can’t drive my car. He didn’t do nothing with my 1,300 but bought a bad transmission for my car.

            Beware, I should of took my car after all the angry faces I've seen leaving out that place. grade poor (F). Never fixed the issue I brought it in for but gave advice to fix everything else I didn't ask for. Had my car 3wks.nothing but just excuses to why it's not done. the part didn't come, the employee not here yet, I have to order it, the junkyard didn't have it.(junkyard) what happened to **** ***** ******* ***** ********* ****? Mr. or Mrs. go somewhere else word of advice you will be disappointed if you take your car here!!!! red angry face emoji.
