****** ** ****** Headstone Purchased July 12th,2021!!! I was told it would be set in October! Our contract clearly written out states within 16 week's of purchase date which would put it no later than November 1st!!! Which they have not Set as yet or even began engraving. Contacting the President of Logan Monument Company, He bragged on how much their Business had increased that they even hired a full second Crew to set Headstones, and was only Setting those stone's where they Had multiple headstones to be Set cemetery's with only one they are side tracking reguardless of a Written contract. And would get to them when they chose too!!! Breach of Written Contract Total Disrespectful to the family's and the Deceased!!! Tho Logan Monument Company is one of the Largest and Has done Quality work in the Past seems they Now care less about customer's and or Written Contract's!!! Quality of Workmenship would be questionable and unknown since they have not meet their Obligation to this point. However their Professionalism is Extremely Lacking in Administration Area and Business practices. Ignoring customers Email's non responsive. And Arrogance and Totally Disrespectful by their President!!! I purchased a Headstone On site to avoid shipment issues, even made two trips over 7 hours driving to expedite the process on Approval of designs ext. While their Front office Sale's and Designer is respectful and professional to help and obtain you're Money's, their Higher Administration and actual Crew's are lacking in professionalism and getting things done in a timely and respectful way!!!
